Ahh the obligatory end-of-year post... Except there really isn't a lot for me to say aloud here because I refrain from saying things that incur judgment.
Well, it has been a relatively uneventful year, but I don't complain... I enjoy my many days spent doing frivolous nothings. What I can safely say about the year though, is that I am really quite happy with the way it's made me change... for I am a lot prouder of the person I am this year than the one I was last year. (: Abstemious, a lot more attempts at trying to be nicer and with a much less twisted view of my priorities... Quite something, no?
And, in keeping with the typical Arina tradition at every milestone in my life, the Thank You speech for the important people responsible for all the 2008 awesomeness...

Cheryl Ng Jia Li, for being the awesomest BFFFFF :D What would lectures, breaks and PE lessons without you be... Hehe our discussions on life and important (or not so important) things /people and our "sneaking off from lessons" dates have been thorougly exciting too (: I know I have the tendency to give you my evil glare and practice my mean Malay sayings to you ): Sorry, I just mm need to channel my meanness somewhere sometimes... And I just happen to know you'll know enough to ignore them all because you know I love you (: (By the way Cheryl, I am totally hurt that you didn't reply to my sappy sms. Please include "Replying text messages and returning/answering phone calls" in your 2009 list of resolutions. Because you didn't reply, I assume you haven't read it so your paragraph here is longer than everyone else's.)

Siti Alifah bte Abu Bakar, for savaging so many of my lousy days by saying random cute things, or by singing and dancing to any insane teenybopper songs (yes, I appreciate them even if I scream at you to shut up), for accompanying me to coffee and lunch and random shopping trips when home becomes a little less bearable and for sharing all your wise knowledge on Disney teenstars. (: Haha although we do a lot of screaming at each other (yes, it's hard when two pretend princesses live under one roof), I have never once stopped loving you.

Goh Shi Hui, for reminding me I'm not the only one who makes all these tearjerking conversations, for doing fun frivolous research on 11:11 and for being one of the best people to talk to.
