D:

If anyone is wondering, no, I haven't been feeling better. ): The doctor says my fever is probably some viral thing and I'm going to have to take a blood test tomorrow): If all is not well with blood test results, I.have.to.go.to.the.hospital. I think the idea of it all is making me sicker than I already am. ): For two main reasons...

1. I do not want to take a freaking blood test. It's enough I had a needle poke through me yesterday. I am not ready for another needle. Especially one that sucks fluid out of me instead of into me. ): And apparently extracting blood makes you gain weight. Okay so I do know gaining weight is like the most trivial thing of it all... But I was actually so close to reaching my target weight): And like it doesn't help that I've been eating six meals in the past two days... Because my medicines say "After Food"...):

2. I am not staying at the hospital. I freaking hate hospitals): They make me sick. And they are smelly and white and they have lots of scary beeping sounds. I am also not wearing the hospital dress things because they are beyond fugly.

On a much much happier note, tis the season of Spring 2008 Haute Couture shows! (: After watching a documentary (yes, DOCUMENTARY!) a few days back do I realise how freaking amazing Haute Couture is as an art. It takes so many million hours and hands of so many people to create a single outfit. The documentary also talked about the people who actually buy, own and wear Haute Couture. Am.so.jealous.of.these.women. They have this Haute Couture club thing and they meet up in Paris during the Haute Couture seasons and they actually buy the freaking outfits. A single outfit can cost up to US$100,000. Sick. But so darn fabulous. Totally one of my aims in life... To own a Haute Couture outfit. Perhaps if I start saving now... Heh. Oh and I also learnt that the outfits are actually really really light and weightless. Like cool or what! I've always imagined them to be real heavy and all... (Oh and just ask if you want the link to the video!)

So anywayyyyyy, Christian Dior was exciting the first time I looked through it... But when I looked at it again it was very reminiscent of 2007. Maybe because Galliano has such a disticnt style, it's hard for his collections not to look alike? Or maybe it's just me... Either way, it's all beautiful - the detailing, the folds, the volume and how everything drapes.
Okay, enough talking,

xx
